Returns

We offer a Racketpro.shop product guarantee for all of our products. We guarantee your satisfaction by promising to refund 100% of your money if you are not satisfied with the products. We will refund your money within fourteen (14) working days from the moment we receive the returned products.

You have the right to return ordered, flawless products within 14 days of delivery. The products to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service at asiakaspalvelu@megalon.fi when you want to return the product. Our customer service will guide you to send the product to the correct return address.

COMPLAINTS

If the product you received is broken or defective, or if you have received the wrong product, please notify us immediately. To expedite the processing, take a picture of the defective product showing the issue and send it to our customer service: asiakaspalvelu@megalon.fi. Do not return the defective product until you have agreed with customer service. Complaints will be processed in collaboration with the importer or manufacturer.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Returns are made according to the instructions given to you by our customer service. Return policies vary for different products as they come from different warehouses, so please confirm the return instructions for the specific product with our customer service.

The product must be packed carefully to avoid damage during transportation.

Customer will cover the costs of returns. The processing of exchanges and returns takes up to 30 days at most.
